Dudhsagar Falls is a spectacular four-tiered waterfall located on the Mandovi River in the Western Ghats, standing 603 metres tall and cascading like milk (dudhsagar means milk ocean in Konkani). It straddles the border between Goa and Karnataka and is surrounded by dense tropical forest, making it one of India's most picturesque and remote waterfalls. The falls are best experienced during the monsoon season when water flow is at its peak.
This is one of India's tallest and most dramatic waterfalls, offering breathtaking views and excellent photography opportunities set within pristine tropical forest. The adventure trek through the jungle and train route to reach it adds to the unique experience.
