About Talakona Waterfalls

Talakona is a spectacular waterfall and forest reserve located in the Sri Venkateswara National Park in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh, near Nerabailu village. Cascading down from a height of 270 feet, it is the highest waterfall in Andhra Pradesh, surrounded by dense forests rich in medicinal plants and rare wildlife like the Golden Gecko.
